Argh
I can feel the stress mounting up on me.

It's like the more you expect and desire for something, the more you are fearful of not being able to do it.
So it's such stress that pushes you to your limit and makes you pant and literally feel that you are getting heart palpitations any moment. And worse still, you get anxious at the slightest things that may not be going smoothly. You just turned into a hypersensitive nerve freak, like the sensory neurons that turned hypersensitive after the injured muscle or bone recovers from the injury. Any stimulation is sufficient to cause the neuron to transmit an over abundance of signals to your brain which gets interpreted as intense pain and nothing else. No amount of painkillers nor analgesics can provide you the catharsis you are craving for.
